Should stick to rolloed oats with water and chia seeds for overnight, followed by blueberries. I think this is the healthiest way of eating this?

Brian Johnson is insane but worth checking for anything. Roughly same idea, but uses ground flaxseeds and adds more types of berries, and some additional things I’m unsure about. Also doesn’t use rolled oats

Also pea protein? Always confused about whether powdered protein is necessary
